Shipping & Delivery



Product Availability:
Generally, all items on DelightsVille are in stock. If the item you ordered is sold out, we will contact you to let you know when it is expected to be back in stock. You will then have the option to either cancel your order or exchange the item with another one.
If only part of your order is in stock, we will partial ship your order and then ship the remaining item(s) as soon as they become available; at no additional charge.

Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-4 business days for in-stock items. As soon as your order ships out, we will send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your package(s).

Shipping Methods:
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Only GROUND methods are used for UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Priority Mail is used for USPS. Please note that heavy packages (3 lbs or more) cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and require a physical street address for delivery.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military addresses (APO/FPO) are shipped via USPS.
Shipping charges are based on items weight and delivery destination.

Expected Delivery Time:
Please allow 10-14 business days from the shipping date to receive your package. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico destinations, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Once your package ships out, we will send you an email with the tracking number(s). Please use the following corresponding carrier's website to track your package:

Orders placed online can only ship to an address in the United States and its territories including APO and FPO addresses. Orders outside the US cannot be placed online. If you reside in Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Japan, you may email us to request a price quote which includes shipping fees for your order.

Returns and Exchange Policy



To continue bringing you top-quality merchandise at very low prices, we offer the following return policy. Please check first below to find out that your item qualifies for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:
Under US Government regulations, food items are not returnable.

The following products do not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned:

  • Any OPENED item
  • Designers' apparels, shoes, bags, and accessories
  • Candles, Perfumes and Fragrances
  • All Jewelry Items
  • Health and Wellness Supplements, including detox products
  • Food items and perishable products including nutritional bars
  • Gift Baskets, plants, and flowers
  • Lingerie, undergarments, intimate apparels, and swimming suits
  • Bulk items, discontinued, and clearance merchandise
  • Sports memorabilia and collectible sets
  • Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, softwares, video games, and cassette tapes
  • Packages refused or returned without a Return Authorization Number.


If your item does NOT meet the above criteria, we offer a money-back guarantee; if the item is unopened and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping and handling are non refundable. Please follow the instructions below to return your product.

  • Make sure the merchandise is not opened and in its new condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
  • Email customer service to request a return authorization number. Returned items are not accepted without a return authorization number.
  • Write your return authorization number on the packing slip as well as on the package being returned. All returns must be sent insured using a shipping method with a tracking number. Shipping charges for returned items are prepaid by the customer.
  • Items must arrive at our returns facility within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Upon arrival at the DelightsVille warehouse, all returned items are inspected to insure that they are in their original condition and not damaged.
  • A 20% - 30% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise.
  • Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to DelightsVille. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used to place your order.
  • Note: If you refuse delivery of your item, we will not be able to issue any refunds.


Defective Product and Returns Due to Error:
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
