What is Beta 1,3 Glucan?

Beta 1,3 Glucan (also known as Beta 1,3D Glucan) is a very powerful immune modulating and anti-aging substance.*

Beta 1,3 Glucan is the empty cell wall of common Baker’s Yeast (Saccharomyces ceravisiae) and contains other polybranching 1,4 and 1,6 Glucan fractions. This material is 75% Beta 1,3 Glucan with a total carbohydrate level exceeding 90%. Any Beta 1,3 Glucan exceeding 90% total carbohydrates are considered excellent.
